This website (https://www.bbvillagiovanna.com) is run by Salvatore De Lellis as the owner of Villa Giovanna — a non-hotel accommodation business run on a non-entrepreneurial basis (family-run B&B), with premises at Via Geppino Bojano 50, San Gregorio Matese, 81010, CE (CIN: IT061076C2Q6R53TJS). The site serves to inform about and present the property, and provides a form for sending availability requests.

2. Nature of an availability request

Submitting the "Check availability" form does not constitute a confirmed booking or a binding contract, but simply a request for information. A booking is considered confirmed only after a direct reply from Villa Giovanna (by email, phone or WhatsApp) confirming availability and terms.

3. No online payment

The site handles no financial transactions, payments or credit card data: no sum of money is requested or held through this site. Any payment arrangements for the stay are agreed directly with Villa Giovanna at the time of confirmation.

4. Bookings through OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb)

Villa Giovanna is also present on third-party platforms such as Booking.com and Airbnb, reachable from the links on this site. Bookings made through those platforms are governed by their respective terms and conditions, which are unrelated to this site.
