The Villa Giovanna site does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies for advertising or marketing purposes. No statistical analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and no tracking pixels are installed.

The availability request form communicates directly with Supabase in order to save the request: this communication does not use cookies, but an equivalent technical mechanism (the browser's localStorage) with no purpose of tracking users across different sites.

3. Why no consent banner is required

According to the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), prior user consent is required only for profiling cookies or non-technical third-party cookies. Since this site uses no cookies of that kind, no consent banner is present or necessary.

4. How to manage cookies from your browser

Even though this site installs no non-technical cookies, you can always check, block or delete the cookies already on your device through the settings of the browser you use (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
